A panic attack is a sudden surge of overwhelming anxiety and fear. Your heart pounds and you can’t breathe. You feel dizzy and sick to your stomach. You may even feel like you’re dying or going crazy. Left untreated, panic attacks can lead to panic disorder and other problems. They may even cause you to withdraw from normal activities. But panic is treatable – and the sooner you seek help, the better. With treatment, you can reduce or eliminate the symptoms of panic and regain control of your life.
Everyone feels anxious and under stress from time to time. Situations such as meeting tight deadlines, important social obligations or driving in heavy traffic, often bring about anxious feelings. Such mild anxiety may help make you alert and focused on facing threatening or challenging circumstances. On the other hand, anxiety disorders cause severe distress over a period of time and disrupt the lives of individuals suffering from them. The frequency and intensity of anxiety involved in these disorders is often debilitating. But fortunately, with proper and effective treatment, people suffering from anxiety disorders can lead normal lives.
Mind/Body Health
Psychological studies show that your mind and your body are strongly linked. As your mental health declines, your physical health can wear down, and if your physical health declines, it can make you feel mentally “down.” A positive outlook can help keep you healthy.

I’m writing an article about cancer, which is what I was initially looking into when I found your post. There are so many health problems out there that people are struggling with, I had no idea! This is good quality information, thanks.
I spend 6 months being unemployed and this cause alot of anxiety which I had to see the doctors for medication I later realise the anxiety was due to fear ..The fear was related to not being able to provide or be responsible for my family and how I would let them down.7
Once I had support from them it helped but the main thing was that I had to change my own thinking, I had to slowly sees my situations from another perspective which was as long as I persevere it shows my commitment to myself. my family that I am no loser that I will get out of this situation and that seasons comes and goes some are hard some are easier this one is guiding my mind body and spirit to better things!
