Accounts of astral travel stories is likely to make you realize that the experience is something pleasant and ought to be embraced, not feared. in actual fact, many of those who definitely have achieved astral projection will show you that they felt your spiritual high or came away which has a positive feeling after embarking with astral travel. If only for these reasons, astral travel is a good adventure worth experiencing.

I spend 6 months being unemployed and this cause alot of anxiety which I had to see the doctors for medication I later realise the anxiety was due to fear ..The fear was related to not being able to provide or be responsible for my family and how I would let them down.7

Once I had support from them it helped but the main thing was that I had to change my own thinking, I had to slowly sees my situations from another perspective which was as long as I persevere it shows my commitment to myself. my family that I am no loser that I will get out of this situation and that seasons comes and goes some are hard some are easier this one is guiding my mind body and spirit to better things!

You are clearly experiencing episodes of panic. Have a chat with your GP who will hopefully refer you for some CBT, cognitive behavioural therapy.

Why don't you actually call someone, like a friend, to talk to? Sounds like you are bursting at the seems, a good crying session usually works for me, but what I LOOK for is ways NOT to have the panic attack anyhow!

Just sitting around waiting for it-that isn't very healthy, but you know that! You need to verbally get this outta your system!

Good luck

Try EFT. (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Here is a free manual on how to do it & I think it would work with you.
http://www.emofree.com/downloadeftmanual.asp

The technique seems a bit mental but it works.
Try it & see for yourself.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There's this herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.
If you're unable to take St John's Wort, you can substitute it with Siberian Ginseng or Licorice Herb.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced... you have that "learned behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction... There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to....

clammy hands, racing heart, shallow breathing, it feels like the hairs on your body are standing on end. eventually if its a full blown panic attack, you feel you must leave the area you are in, you feel like something terrifyingly awful is going to happen to you, your just filled with pure dread and terror. you eventually wish you would just pass out with the hope of waking up and feeling ok.
if it this, you need to sort out things that are stressing you out in everyday life, whe you have a panic attack just remember that you are now filled with adrenalin and it takes a while for the symptoms to subside, once you understand your bodys responses the oanic attacks wont be so severe because you know whats happening to you and why. i hope you get things sorted out.

You are by no means alone; you’re not even one in a million. In America, it is estimated that almost 5% of the population suffer from some form of anxiety disorder. For some, it may be the infrequent panic attacks that only crop up in particular situations-like when having to speak in front of others, while, for other people, it can be so frequent and recurring that it inhibits them from leaving their home. Frequent panic attacks often develop into what medical physicians refer to as an “anxiety disorder.”
