Eliminate Anxiety
and Panic Attacks
without the Use of Medication

One of the simplest ways of using meditation to eliminate anxiety and panic attacks without the use of medication is a technique called “breathing meditation”. Just settle into a comfortable position, keeping your back straight and your head up, and focus your mind on the rhythm of your breathing. It is important that you don't try to alter your breathing rhythm in any way - just focus on your breath, allowing your mind to fully concentrate on it. As you inhale and exhale, your mind will drift into a relaxed meditative state. You will feel the tension in your body disappear, and thoughts of stress and anxiety will begin to drift away.

Doing this for even five or ten minutes a day will significantly reduce your anxiety - over time, using this technique can even eliminate panic attacks.
