Eliminate Anxiety and Panic Attacks
without the Use of Medication
In today’s society, medications are often prescribed to deal with a wide range of problems and ailments,
including panic attacks. Despite their popularity with doctors and psychologists, prescription medications only
work for a small percentage of panic attack sufferers.
Even worse, they can cause a wide range of side effects that are often just as bad as the panic attacks

stripped of vital nutrients during processing.
Filling your body with processed foods robs you of the nutrients you need for proper mental and physical
health.
A third powerful technique for eliminating anxiety is meditation. Although many people think that they are
unable to meditate effectively, this technique can be used by virtually anyone. There are many resources available
to help you learn how to meditate – these resources can teach you numerous methods for reducing your anxiety using
simple techniques that you can easily incorporate into your busy lifestyle.
One of the simplest ways of using meditation to eliminate anxiety and panic attacks without the use of
medication is a technique called “breathing meditation”. Just settle into a comfortable position, keeping your back
straight and your head up, and focus your mind on the rhythm of your breathing. It is important that you don’t try
to alter your breathing rhythm in any way – just focus on your breath, allowing your mind to fully concentrate on
it. As you inhale and exhale, your mind will drift into a relaxed meditative state. You will feel the tension in
your body disappear, and thoughts of stress and anxiety will begin to drift away.
Doing this for even five or ten minutes a day will significantly reduce your anxiety – over time, using this
technique can even eliminate panic attacks.
