I am so afraid to go back where I got into a car accident. It’s just scares me, I feel like I am living the accident all over again. How can I overcome this fear and be able to use that road again?
i have this annoying fear which really undermines my self-confidence and always make me feel like a fool when i m forced to speak in front of my peers. i really wanna get rid of it
Ok, i have never had my liscense, only my permit. Two years ago my hubby was teaching me to drive and i had a horrible accident with my son in the car. I stoped at a stop sign and presceded to go thinking i had enough time but there was a truck doing 65 in a 25 and it t boned us. The seatbelt holding my sons car seat in ripped out and he ended up upside down in the front of the car. I thanks god every day that he was fine just a little scared. And i called the car manufaturer and they issued a recall. But i have not driven since. My hubby just got me a car for my birthday and i am wonder how to get over my fear of driving with my kids in the car. I shake so bad even at the thought of it. I often tell my hubby mabey i am just not ment to drive. Looking for other parents that had accidents and got over the fear of driving.
Whenever I do a presentation, I start talking I speak really soft and fast, and I get nervous and I panic. Anyone know how to overcome this fear. Thanks
